To register you will need to bring your medical card or some form of identification to reception. You may be asked to have an interview with the doctor first. All new patients will be asked to have a health check with the practice nurse.

Springfield Surgery currently has a catchment area of 2 miles for new patients and 2.5 miles for existing patients. If would like to register but are unsure whether you live within this 2 mile radius please enter your postcode in the box to the right and click on 'Distance'.

You will then be redirected to a page which will give you an approximate distance from the Surgery. It will also provide you with directions to the surgery. If the distance is greater than 2 miles you may not be eligible to register.
