Smartcare Federation offer evening and weekend appointments on behalf of Springfield Surgery. These can be booked by contacting the surgery to request an appointment in the usual way and stating on it that you when you would prefer your appointment to be booked. You can contact reception if you prefer. We will seek to book your appointment at your requested time if there is availability. These appointments are not with the regular team at Springfield Surgery but they can access your GP records with your consent.
