Although Coronavirus has led to us working very differently, we’re still here and able to help you with your health. Please use the options on the front screen to request help and we will seek to help you in a timely manner. You can still phone the surgery but it’s less stressful to request a consultation on our appointments page. All requests are considered by a senior GP and we will offer care according to how we think your needs can best be met. It really helps us to know what you really want to know about your symptoms and how you think we can best help you. If your problem sounds urgent we will aim to provide support on the same or next working day. For routine problems or long term health conditions, it may take up to 3-4weeks for us to offer a consultation at peak times. We’re still working on this new system and we hope to make further improvements.
