We have been pleased to provide easy access by allowing consultations to be requested 24hours, Monday to Friday. However, to be able to provide safe care in a pressured system, we need to reduce the times when you can request consultations to 6.30am-6.30pm.
This will also affect Sunday nights when we have been turning it on at 8pm. Instead, consultation requests and messaging forms can be submitted from 6.30am on Monday morning.
You can continue to submit prescriptions requests anytime but these will be processed during normal Surgery working hours.
